Our Story

A Restored 1911 Craftsman, Run by Its Owners

South Park Sanctuary is one home, and we run it like one. It's a restored 1911 Craftsman in the heart of South Park, with five bedrooms, two and a half baths and room for up to ten guests. Book direct and you deal with us, the owners, from your first question through checkout: clear communication, personal service and no added marketplace fees. Inside, the house is set up for real stays, not just photos. Think All-Clad cookware in a fully equipped kitchen, premium linens, Grown Alchemist bath products, a crib and high chair for the little ones, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to log on.

Why South Park

Coffee, Canyons and Citrus, All Within Reach

South Park is one of San Diego's most walkable neighborhoods, and the house sits right in it. Stroll to coffee at Communal or Harland, lunch at Fernside or The Rose, a yoga class, or the canyon trails for a morning hike. Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are a 5 to 10 minute drive, with downtown and Coronado about 8 to 15 minutes away. Then come home to the backyard: mature landscaping, a private hot tub, a fire pit under string lights, and Grapefruit, Orange and Lemon trees for fresh-squeezed juice in the morning.
